The family farm with the house name Sonnhalmberg is located in the small Ybbstal valley at 500 m above sea level and has been run as an organic farm since 1992. The healthy hay milk for the cheese comes from Fleckvieh cows, which can move freely on the pasture in summer and in the loose housing in winter. The family processes the milk in the farm's own cheese dairy in a gentle and traditional way to produce a wide range of cheese products.
