Christian Dockner is a winemaker with heart and soul; he is characterized by a great deal of experience and a careful approach to nature. His primary goal is to press fresh, fruity and animating wines that reflect the Traisental with its excellent climatic and soil conditions and, above all, can do one thing: They are a pleasure to drink! Spiciness and minerality in Grüne Veltliner, cool, typical citrus tones and stone fruit notes in Riesling - the varietal character is accurately and precisely worked out in Dockner's wines. Red wines are one of Christian Dockner's passions: From Blauer Zweigelt as well as the rare Rösler and Rathay varieties cultivated in Klosterneuburg, he presses powerful, deep wines that leave impressive splashes of red color in the "white" Traisental. Wine tastings with commentary and food pairings can be organized for groups by prior arrangement.
