Weinbau Minnich is a renowned winery located in the wine-growing community of Leobendorf in the picturesque Weinviertel region. The vines that form the basis for the exquisite wines thrive on an area of around two hectares. The diversity of varieties and the varied work associated with viticulture have fascinated young winemaker Alexander since his childhood. In 2016, he leased his first vineyard from a winemaker friend, laying the foundations for the business. Parallel to his school education, he began to learn viticulture from scratch. He acquired his specialist knowledge by attending the agricultural college in Hollabrunn, specializing in viticulture, and by taking part in various courses. He learned the various work processes through diligence and skill. These aspects make the profession so fascinating for him and are reflected in the quality of the wines that Weinbau Minnich produces.
