The Raith winery is located amidst the gently rolling hills of the western Weinviertel in Nappersdorf, near the well-known wine-growing village of Mailberg. In addition to viticulture, Franz and Doris Raith cultivate orchards and fields, the fruit of which is processed into juices and brandies. Culinary specialties are made from the pumpkin seeds. The Raith family have opened their wine tavern in the Nappersdorfer Kellergasse. The wine cellar is a gem, while the friendly Heurigen restaurant on the upper floor creates a cozy atmosphere in winter with its fireplace. In addition to traditional dishes, there are creative specialties such as the delicacy plate with Vorarlberg mountain cheese or seasonal raw ham from deer and wild boar sausages. Fine wines of various grape varieties are served, with special attention paid to the Weinviertel DAC Grüne Veltliner. Apple juice and brandies are produced in-house. In summer, the terrace and green area invite you to linger and enjoy. A special round-the-clock service is the vending machine, which is filled with the most important products and can be operated day and night.
