At 1.6 km, the Hadres wine cellar lane is the longest in the Weinviertel. Numerous events take place every year in the 400 press houses and cellars.

The wine cellar lane is a cultural asset that has been preserved in its basic substance. Guidelines ensure that no structural changes are made that do not fit in with the cellar image.

Some of the press houses and cellars are still in operation, otherwise they serve as places to spend a few leisurely hours. In the summer months, there are open cellar doors every weekend, which are individually designed by the wineries. There is also a showroom with old winemaking equipment for visitors to view.

In winter, the Weinviertel's longest Advent market takes place here. Culinary delicacies as well as artistic and individual products and gift ideas are offered for sale.

A place to linger, take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the peace and quiet. The famous author Alfred Komarek filmed his novel "Polt" here and owns a press house with its own cellar. Many of his works were written here or originated here.
