Leírás
Legend has it that Franz Schubert composed his most important work in the shade of a lime tree. "Der Lindenbaum" from the romantic song cycle "Winterreise" achieved world fame. In Grünbach in the district of Neunkirchen, the exceptional artist is still omnipresent today. The composer is even reflected in the name of the Alpen-Aktiv-Landgasthof "Zur Schubertlinde". A lime tree in front of the entrance shows just how deeply connected Liane Adrigan's inn is with Franz Schubert. It was planted to mark the 100th anniversary of the artist's death. In addition to cultural enjoyment at the highest level, guests can expect refined inn cuisine. The Wiener Beuschel with homemade dumplings is delicately prepared by head chef Harald Luf. If you don't fancy offal, you'll find excellent alternatives on the menu.
Say yes in the Alpengarten
The pink roasted duck breast with glazed broccoli is a testament to the high level of craftsmanship. The home-made Leberkäse stands for the original and simple in the kitchen. In addition, vegetarian and vegan dishes satisfy the cravings of many guests. The inn caters to people's tastes. Most of the produce is sourced locally, with herbs and vegetables from the inn's garden. This regional approach is popular with locals, regular guests and discerning gourmets. The highlight: the 6,000 square meter alpine garden at the gates of the Landgasthof. There is also a well-placed pavilion here to say yes. Yes to the bond of matrimony. Yes to the "Schubertlinde".
