Ez a családbarát útvonal az eckartsaui kastélytól indul, és az Au-n keresztül dél felé vezet a Duna menti kerékpárútra (EV6). Kerékpározzon nyugat felé kb. 6 km-t, amíg el nem éri az Orth/Duna elágazást. Innen jobbra forduljon Orth felé, tekerjen el a kastély és a nemzeti park központja mellett, majd kevéssé használt mezőgazdasági utakon keresztül térjen vissza Eckartsau-ba. Eckartsau és Orth kastélyai erősen ajánlott látnivalók.

Starting from Schloss Eckartsau, the route leads westwards along the Danube Cycle Path (Euro Velo 6) through the Donau-Auen National Park to Schloss Orth. On an area of 9,600 ha, the last large river floodplain landscape of Central Europe stretches here – an impressive natural area and the perfect backdrop for this leisurely family route. From Schloss Orth, you return to the starting point via field paths. At both castles, nature-oriented playgrounds invite you to linger and explore.
